Fellowship

The Fellowship Committee, which seeks to build up and encourage the church family at St Paul’s, is an invited group of twelve people who organise social events suitable for all members of our congregation to attend.

We organise two to three events each year, such as a quiz, a ceilidh or similar social event to appeal to a wide cross section of the congregation.  Alongside these events, we organise cakes following the Harvest Service, a Harvest supper, mulled wine and mince pies at Christmas and fund a series of family breakfast services during the summer.

The Committee is led by Jo Cunningham who is always eager to listen to feedback from the congregation and welcomes ideas for any events they would like us to host.

Gift Day

This Sunday will be our next Gift Day to raise funds for our new kitchen. So much in the Bible revolves around meals and, of course, Holy Communion or the Lord's Supper is a meal. Fellowship is as much a part of church life as worship and so a good kitchen is vital. We hope you will support us this Gift Day. Your gift can be left on the communion table after worship this coming Sunday - or on any Sunday in June.
