St Paul’s has a welcoming Scout Group which meets on Wednesday evenings from 7.30 to 9.00pm in the Church Hall.  Children are welcome from the ages of 10½ to 14.

We seek to promote personal confidence and to develop outdoor skills through the usual exciting scouting skills of outdoor competitions and games, camping, pioneering, first aid, map-reading, cooking and the full range of badge-work.

Harrogate School of Theology and Mission

We had a good Annual Church Meeting after worship last Sunday as we looked back in thanks for God's help and asked for his blessing for the future. This Saturday (23 March) at St Mark's following breakfast at 9.30am is our next live lecture at the Harrogate School of Theology and Mission. Our speaker is the new Bishop of Ripon, Helen-Ann Hartley who will help us to read the Bible. Her topic is: 'To read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest: reflections on a diet of Biblical Interpretations'. Everyone is welcome.
